Scattered Sites Housing
KHA owns 54 Single Family homes in Kearney. No family is required to pay more than 30 percent of their adjusted
income for rent.
All families must pay for their own utilities; however, they are given a utility allowance. This allowance
results in a reduction in the monthly rent.
Families are required to do lawn maintenance, such as fertilizing, mowing and snow removal as well as
upkeep of the unit.
