Autumn Village

Autumn Village features 15 single bedroom non-smoking units developed to provide decent affordable housing while facilitating independent living.

The rent for the apartments is based upon the annual income of the resident. There will be some deductions for medical bills. Residents will not have to worry about utility bills, household maintenance, lawn mowing, or snow removal. Also as the laundry, mail and garbage facilities are located within the complex, residents are not required to go outside. Each apartment is furnished with mini-blinds, a range and refrigerator. Curtain rods will be installed at the tenant's request. Each apartment has access to community room, giving the residents an opportunity to socialize with each other, and is an extension of their living room for guests.
